Epidemiology

I am currently completing research for my PhD with the Discipline of Physiotherapy and Department of Pathology Trinity College Dublin. I also hold an honours degree in physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and a masters degree in musculoskeletal physiotherapy from University College Dublin.

I am working on the ExPeCT trial, examining the effect of aerobic exercise on circulating tumour cells in men with advanced prostate cancer. I am specifically interested in the activity levels of patients with advanced disease. This project is supported through the World Cancer Research Fund. I also work clinically in St James's Hospital Dublin as a chartered physiotherapist with an interest in rehabilitating oncology and palliative care patients.
