Biostatistics

I received my PhD in biostatistics at HSPH in 2012 working with Dr. Tianxi Cai, and continued as a postdoctoral fellow in biostatistics and epidemiology at HSPH. I work on methods for using high dimensional genomic data for risk prediction, with a focus on those that can leverage genetic pathway information. I am interested in applying these methods to prostate cancer to identify signatures of lethal disease and treatment response.
